Credit Card Purchases
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards through Yahoo secure merchant service. At this time, we DO NOT accept COD or personal checks. However, if you prefer not to place order on the Internet, please fax your order with detail product code, quantities and contact information, we will contact you for verifying the information and payment method.
Security
All order and credit card information are accepted in a secure environment. Unical-Estore.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, widely accepted as the most secure technology available. Please be very careful when type in your billing address and zip code, our AVS matching system will match if the information is the same as the credit card billing address. It takes extra time for us to verify with you again by e-mailing you and get your authorization back.
Customer order information, i.e. Bill To and Ship To addresses, credit card information and phone numbers, are used to process the order only. No unsolicited mailings or phone calls will be made. If you are uncomfortable providing your phone number, please enter 555-555-5555 in the phone number field. Customer e-mail addresses are used to send shipment updates and seasonal updates and sale information.
Order Processing
After you've completed your order, please print a copy and keep it for your records. This print-out will contain your order number, necessary when corresponding with us regarding your order. Your will receive an automatic e-mail with shipping confirmation when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rate
We use FedEx Home Delivery service & USPS Priority Mail (or ground service for commercial delivery) as Standard Shipping method, FedEx Express or UPS 2nd Day Air as Express Shipping method. Shipping rates are automatically calculated real time by the weight of products and destination zip code. If an incorrect shipping charge is calculated, we reserve the right to adjust the total amount of your order to reflect the true shipping charges.
Shipping Info
We try our best to ship your order as early as possible. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days. If any of the items that you ordered are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail immediately.
Delivery Area
We ship anywhere in the U.S. (orders from Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS only). If your order is going to a P.O. Box we need your credit card billing address information to process and complete the transaction with your credit card company.
Tax
All orders shipped to a California address will have 8.25% sales tax automatically added to the total amount.
Return Policy
We try to satisfy every customer to the best of our capability. By any chance you would like to return or change your Northwestern Bell product, you will need to call our customer service to obtain a Return Authorized Number. If the product is returned without a Return Authorized Number, no credit will be issued back to the customer. To obtain a Return Authorized Number please call our customer service between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
The timeframe for returns and exchange is 15 days from the day of receiving the Northwestern Bell product. Any request for returns after 15 days of receipt will be denied and only available for service.
All accessories sales are final.
One Year Limited Warranty
Northwestern Bell Phones products are manufactured to the highest quality standards to provide you years of dependable service. Each product is warranted to the original purchaser or gift recipient, and this warranty is not transferable.
COVERAGE
Each product is warranted to be free from defects in parts or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase. Defects which occur within this warranty period, under normal care and use of the product, shall be repaired or replaced with a new unit, solely at our option, with no charge for parts or labor. This is the entire obligation of Unical Enterprises, Inc., and no other warranty is expressed or implied. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY
1. Malfunctions due to improper installation, non-authorized repairs, tampering, misuse, dropping impact or modification.
2. Possible incompatibility with all telephone systems.
3. Damage due to acts of nature or accidents.
4. Incidental or consequential damages, including damages from delay or loss of use, or equipment damage to the telephone company equipment due to improper installation.
5. Antennas, batteries,handset cords and line cords are not covered by this warranty.
MODIFICATIONS
Any modifications or repair by anyone other than NWB, Inc. or its authorized service center will void this warranty and may invalidate the instruments' FCC certification thereby causing the instrument to be illegal to use on your telephone circuit.
WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD
1. Call VTC Customer Service 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
2. Pack the unit in the original packing materials with all accessories. Improper packaging may result in damage to the instrument and may invalidate the warranty. PLEASE SEND THE ENTIRE UNIT WITH ALL ACCESSORIES.
3. Include the following with the product: a note describing the problem, your name and address, a copy of the original sales receipt.
4. Ship the instrument freight prepaid and insured to VTC SERVICE & MANUFACTURING CO. Your unit will be repaired and returned to you, freight prepaid.
WHEN SERVICE IS NEEDED AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED
1. Call VTC Customer Service between 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Pacific Time, Monday to Friday.
2. Pack the unit in the original packing materials with all accessories. Improper packaging may result in damage to the instrument and may invalidate the warranty. PLEASE SEND THE ENTIRE UNIT WITH ALL ACCESSORIES.
3. Include with the product: A check or money order payable to VTC SERVICE & MFG CO for repair costs plus $5.00 for shipping and handling, a note describing the problem, your name and address, and a copy of the original sales receipt.
4. Ship the instrument freight prepaid and insured to VTC SERVICE & MFG CO. Your unit will be repaired and returned to you, freight prepaid.
Damages
If an item is damaged in transit, please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original packing material. We will schedule an inspection with carrier and the item will be returned to Unical Enterprises. Upon receipt of the damaged item, Unical Enterprises, Inc will either issue a credit to your account or replace the item upon the customer's request.
